Ray White Altona is the leading agency in Hobsons Bay, with a track record of selling over 200 properties per year. We’re offering an exceptional opportunity for a future sales star to join us in a full-time Sales Assistant role with a defined pathway to becoming a fully-fledged agent.

This 12-month cadetship is hands-on, structured, and backed by the most advanced training platform in the industry. You’ll work alongside some of the top-performing agents in Victoria, developing real skills in the field.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with open homes, auctions, buyer follow-up and vendor communications

• Coordinating property campaigns: booking marketing, signage, photography and database updates

• Prospecting and lead generation support (calls, letterbox drops, CRM work)

• Attending auctions, private appointments, listing presentations and training sessions

• Learning the full sales cycle—from appraisal to negotiation and settlement

What You Need:

• A passion for real estate and a commitment to becoming an elite agent

• Outstanding interpersonal skills with natural confidence and enthusiasm

• Strong organisational ability, with a proactive approach to your workload

• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

• Availability to work Saturdays and after-hours as needed
