About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in preparing, analysing, and reporting financial data to support decision-making and drive strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare insightful financial and commercial reports for senior management and key stakeholders.
• Collect and input data into our financial systems to ensure accurate and consistent reporting.
• Support month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and Capex reporting.
• Calculate and review incentive programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Provide financial insights and performance metrics through regular reports and presentations.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and financial analyses as required.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role within a corporate environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
• CPA/CA qualification or progress toward certification is highly regarded.
