They are a market leader in facilities management, delivering exceptional service to some of Melbourne’s most prestigious contracts. Their team manages large-scale contracts across Commercial, Educational, Financial, Corporate, and Industrial sectors.
This role isn’t just about numbers—it’s about keeping everything and everyone connected, from finance and contracts to vendor relationships, compliance, and operational procedures.
The Role; More Than Just Finance
As a Facilities Management Financial Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of their business unit, ensuring financial transparency, compliance, and vendor performance, while driving contract efficiency and strategic decision-making. You’ll work closely with finance teams, operations managers, contract leads, and external vendors, making sure every part of the business is operating efficiently and profitably.
Your insights and reporting will influence key decisions across multiple teams, helping us deliver outstanding service to our clients while maintaining financial strength. Your work will directly impact:
✅ Financial performance – Ensuring cost-effective service delivery and contract profitability.
✅ Operations – Providing data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and service quality.
✅ Client relationships – Supporting contract managers with financial and compliance reporting.
✅ Vendor management – Overseeing financial performance and cost controls for external suppliers.
✅ Compliance & Procedures – Ensuring all financial and operational processes align with industry regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Work closely with contract managers and operational teams to track financial performance and contract compliance.
- Develop and manage KPIs, budgets, cost controls, and financial procedures for FM contracts.
- Oversee vendor financial performance, ensuring cost-effectiveness and contract adherence.
- Act as a key financial and compliance advisor to both internal teams and external clients.

About You
- Degree-educated in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics (CA/CPA qualification is highly desirable)
- Experience in financial analysis, management accounting, or contract finance
- Prior exposure to facilities management, property, or service-based contracts (highly desirable)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and reporting tools
- Understanding of financial compliance, reporting procedures, and industry standards & regulations.
