About the role

As Development Manager & Project Manager at Polytec Australia Development Pty Ltd, you will play a critical role in driving the company's property development projects in the Sydney area. This full-time position offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in retail and property development to deliver strategic initiatives that contribute to the company's growth and expansion.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of property development projects, from concept to completion
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and risk management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Liaise with local authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities
• Identify and evaluate new development opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management
• Contribute to the development of the company's growth and expansion strategies

What we're looking for

• Significant experience in property development, with a focus on retail and commercial projects
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex, multi-faceted development projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong financial acumen and analytical abilities to manage budgets and project feasibility
• Knowledge of relevant planning and construction regulations, as well as compliance requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional project teams
