JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal professional for this role is a flexible analytical person with superb communication skills with a meticulous mindset, project management skills and fibreglass installation experience.

OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE

• To install a fibreglass swimming pool to Australian Standards, AS 1838 and 1839-2021.
• To ensure that the entire scope of works reflected in the contract are completed to an extremely high standard.
• To co-ordinate pools, personnel materials, contractors and customers to ensure a smooth construction process for every pool.
• Constantly train staff to allow for future growth of the installation capabilities of the business.
• Maintain a good relationship with customers at all times.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Can communicate at all levels
• To have a contagious positive attitude in a team environment.
• Project management experience.
• Full understanding of both AS 1838 and 1839 - 2021 and relevant local government bylaws.
