About the role

Choices Flooring is seeking a talented Carpet/Vinyl Installer to join our team in Tuggerah, NSW. This is a full-time position that will involve the installation of high-quality flooring products in residential and commercial settings. As an integral part of our installation team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the successful completion of all flooring projects.

What you'll be doing

• Accurately measuring, cutting, and installing carpet, vinyl, and other flooring products
• Properly preparing subfloors to ensure a smooth and level installation
• Troubleshooting any installation issues and finding effective solutions
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the installation process

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in carpet and vinyl installation
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision
• Good problem-solving skills and the willingness to find creative solutions
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Familiarity with industry standards and installation best practices
• Valid Australian driver's licence
