Join Our Team as an Administration Person!
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support a thriving family-owned business? We are a small but established company with 30 years of experience in turf growing and installation, seeking a motivated Administration Person to help manage our installation operations. Your role will involve liaising with clients, scheduling work, preparing spreadsheets, and handling invoicing using MYOB Accountright Plus. You'll also assist with OHS accreditation updates and occasionally step into the Office Administrator role for payroll and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, OneDrive, and Word
- Experience with MYOB
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
This position offers a supportive, family-oriented work environment and the opportunity to learn about landscaping and gardening. If you have a passion for lawns and gardening, that's a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
