About the role
Our team at the RENMARK CLUB in Renmark, SA needs an experienced and proactive Administration Manager to join us. The Administration Manager will be crucial in managing our organisation's administrative functions and maintaining efficient daily operations.
What you'll be doing
- Your role as Club Secretary requires you to attend every board meeting and document the discussions as minutes.
- Ensure all monthly financial reports reach company accountants on time.
- Your duties will include monitoring office management procedures and record-keeping processes while handling receipts and payments as well as payroll operations to support the operations team.
Maintaining all membership records. - The daily reconciliation process for Bar, Cafe and Gaming takings requires accurate cash counting to ensure timely completion.
- Administer all bank accounts to guarantee prompt and precise fund transfers.
- Act as head of the administrative team to offer leadership guidance while delivering training and performance evaluations.
- Operate and sustain administrative systems and standard operating procedures.
- Process BAS returns for ATO payments and monitor Work Cover and payroll tax obligations.
- Create necessary reports and presentations along with other documentation as required
- Provide support for special projects and handle ad-hoc tasks when requested
What we're looking for
- The employee must maintain strict confidentiality consistently.
- Applicants need to bring at least 5 years of administrative management experience which should ideally be gained in the hospitality sector.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities paired with prioritisation and multitasking skills
- The candidate should demonstrate top-notch communication abilities alongside interpersonal expertise to build successful relationships with stakeholders throughout all organisational levels.
- Experience in Accommodation Management Systems
- Proven experience in payroll operations.
- Demonstrates expertise in utilising MYOB and the Microsoft Office suite alongside additional Hospitality software applications.
- Adaptable and flexible, with a solutions-oriented mindset
- The individual demonstrates meticulous attention to detail alongside a dedication to producing superior work results.
