Escape the ordinary and join our vibrant team at Hosanna Farmstay! Nestled in the heart of the stunning Tweed Valley, we offer a unique and enriching experience for both our guests and our staff. We're passionate about creating a welcoming and memorable Farmstay experience, and we're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join us on a permanent part-time basis.

The role is varied and engaging, but will generally consist of the following key tasks.

Reception:

• Greet and check-in day visitors and overnight guests with a warm and welcoming smile.
• Manage bookings for accommodation and activities efficiently.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
• Bring smiles to faces by facilitating our popular daily treasure hunt.
• Oversight of the store, ensuring it's always looking its best.

Cafe:

• Craft delicious coffees and take orders with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in the display and storage of cafe items.

Reception: set days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday weekly with the option for an additional day during certain periods.
Café: Flexible day café shift is available.

What We're Looking For:

• A friendly and well-spoken individual with a passion for customer service.
• Proficiency in using computers, email, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Newbook booking software (desirable).
• Hospitality or tourism experience (desirable).
• Barista experience (desirable).
• A hard-working and detail-oriented approach.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using communication technologies, including email and messaging apps (you'll need your own mobile phone).
