About the role

We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join the team at You Pack Logistics' in Laverton North, Victoria. With new owners who are transforming the business this is a great career opportunity for you to be part of the journey as they build the business. This is a full-time office based position, working with a small team and you will oversee all administrative functions and ensure the smooth running of our office operations. As you will be 21C to the General Manager, you will be hands on and get to learn all the functions of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day administrative activities of the office
• Function as 21C to General Manager
• Assist with daily, weekly and monthly financial activities
• Assist in the Customer Service function
• Manage the maintenance of office systems, procedures and records
• Implement and monitor administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency
• Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence and other documentation as needed
• Manage inventory, ordering of supplies and equipment maintenance
• Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in an administration management role, preferably within a logistics or warehouse environment
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable approach
• Experience with Zero would be desirable
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and office administration software
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
• Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or a related field is highly desirable
