Your Role & Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth – Oversee the VIC region’s sales and customer service operations, ensuring revenue targets are met and exceeded.
- Manage & Mentor – Lead a team of 12 staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Reseller, Trade & Industrial Markets – Strengthen relationships and expand market share in key industry sectors.
- Strategic Execution – Implement go-to-market and sales strategies, driving business success.
- Hands-On Leadership – Lead from the front, assisting with closing deals and guiding the team toward success.
- Industry Engagement – Represent the company at interstate sales meetings and trade events (minimal travel required).

- Sales Leadership Experience – Proven background in sales management or leadership within the building materials industry.
- Relationship & Negotiation Skills – Ability to engage with a range of customer segments and close high-value deals.
