The Tax Institute is Australia’s leading professional association for tax professionals. We’re looking for a Member Engagement Coordinator to support our initiatives, from liaising with our most engaged members, to organising activities such as local events, and supporting marketing campaigns, you’ll be pivotal to the success of growing our member engagement strategy.

As our Member Engagement Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our team, supporting key marketing initiatives while playing a crucial role in fostering engagement with some of our most influential members. You'll work alongside a team of creative marketers who will challenge you to think differently, grow your skills, and shake things up.

This role is admin, meets marketing and a little bit of events, so no two days will be the same, and if you love bringing people together and making an impact, this is the role for you!

This is a part-time role at 22.5 hours per week, and flexible for the right person, work 3-days a week or you may like to consider school hours.

What you'll do:

Be across various Councils and working groups to coordinate meetings, agendas and take minutes.

Support various marketing campaigns that contribute to member engagement initiatives.

Coordinate engagement activities and local events for our members.

Develop and implement promotional campaigns to boost engagement and reach.

Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.

Report on campaign and content performance to optimise strategy.

What we're looking for:

Experience in coordinating meetings, events and a lot of moving parts.

Experience in marketing and email building (desired, but not essential).

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
