About The Roles

We are well established on our clients iron or project, located 1 hours flight from Perth, or 3 hours drive East of Geraldton.

Our contract covers all on site open pit drill & blast, load & haul and mobile crushing activities.

We have on site a low hours Striker crushing plant, plus 2 x CAT 986 Loaders and associated ancillary equipment such as Bobcat, telehandler, Franna Crane.

We are seeking a Mobile Crushing Supervisor to join our team on an 8&6 Day shift Only Roster.

The ideal candidates will be experienced in Striker crushing equipment, with our circuit including jaw and cone crushing, screening and sampling stations.

Key Responsibilities

Crushing Supervisor (8&6 Roster - day shift only Friday - Friday)

• Reporting to Project Manager, ensuring adherence to targets
• Train and mentor 2 x Leading Hands and their 4 person crews - balancing production and maintenance requirements
• Maintain adherence to relevant WHS and/or Mines Department acts/regulations
• Controlling budgets with respect to crushing activities
• Take a proactive approach to scheduling maintenance activities
• Analyse crushing plant data, all the while seeking improvements
• Liaison with head office regarding on site spares and procurement

Essential Criteria

• Current WA Drivers Licence
• Previous Mobile Crushing Experience - ideally Striker equipment
• High level communication skills
• Excellent inter personal skills, proactive in leading people
• Able to obtain Police Clearance for site access

Roles are offered FIFO Perth or DIDO potential from Geraldton/Mid West areas
