Due to recent project wins, we are recruiting an experienced Civil and/or Structures Supervisor to lead the delivery of a high-profile TMR road project valued at $100M+ west of Brisbane.

The Role
As Supervisor, you will play a key role in site operations, overseeing earthworks, structures, road stabilisation, and road construction. Reporting to the Superintendent, you will manage crews, drive productivity, and ensure safe and high-quality project delivery.

• Lead and coordinate site teams to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Interpret site drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Drive safety, quality, and efficiency across all aspects of the project.
• Work closely with engineers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Play a key part in delivering a landmark project with a proven leadership team.

The Needs

• Proven experience supervising civil construction projects to include roads, highways and intersection upgrades.
• Strong ability to lead site teams and ensure timely, quality project execution.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and ensure work is carried out to spec.
• A hands on supervisor with strong communication and problem solving skills.
• A team player focused on positive project outcomes and continuous improvement.
