Senior FOH Supervisor – Convoy

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Senior Floor Supervisor to bring energy, leadership, and expertise to our team. Location: 109 Pascoe Vale Road, Moonee Ponds
Position: Casual, 4-5 days per week

What We’re Looking For

• At least two years of leadership experience in a fast-paced FOH role.
• A genuine passion for hospitality, customer engagement, and high-quality service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and mentor a team to maintain service excellence.
• A proactive mindset with a strong focus on efficiency and attention to detail.
• Confidence in using POS systems (LIGHTSPEED) to streamline operations.
• A current RSA Certificate.

• Collaborating with the leadership team to refine operations and drive continuous improvement.
• Taking ownership of key aspects of the guest experience, from floor operations to customer engagement.
