This Sydney design studio is seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join their team as an Interior Designer / Admin Assistant. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to work across diverse projects, focusing on hotels, hospitality, residential, and public spaces whilst supporting the director and team from an administrative standpoint. As the studio expands, this role offers an excellent chance for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the development and delivery of design-focused projects across various scales.
• Coordinate communication between clients, consultants, and the design team.
• Support project documentation and management, with a focus on construction documentation.
• Help maintain smooth studio operations with administrative duties such as scheduling, project admin, office admin, PA work.
• Collaborate with the design team and contribute to design phases, from concept to completion.
• Provide support to director and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Skills and Experience:

• 2-3 years of interior design experience
• Proficiency in Revit and other design software.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of construction documentation and project workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, both with team members and clients.
