About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Property Valuer to join our dynamic team at TDA Tax Depreciation in South Melbourne, VIC. As a Registered Property Valuer, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic, high-quality and timely valuation services to our diverse client base. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our leading property valuation firm.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive property inspections and valuations to determine accurate market values
• Preparing detailed valuation reports that comply with industry standards and client requirements
• Providing expert advice and recommendations to clients on property-related matters
• Collaborating with the broader team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and relevant legislation
• Representing the company at industry events and networking functions

What we're looking for

• Recognised and current registration as a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) in the state of Victoria
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Registered Property Valuer, preferably in the commercial and/or residential property sectors
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting property inspections, market research and valuation analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency in using valuation software and other relevant technology
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends
