Job Description:

We are expanding our team and offer an opportunity to a Graduate level Cadet to pursue a career as a Valuer in the Mackay and Whitsunday regions.

The company will provide you with experience, providing you with experience across many facets of valuations. On the job training will provide support to learn the whole valuation process including research, inspections, measuring, note-taking, report writing and analysis.

The role will be suited to a motivated candidate who is prepared to work within a fast-paced and on occasion high pressured environment. For the hard work you will receive an above industry standard retainer with bonus earning structure and flexible working arrangements.

Requirements:

• The candidate will have completed an API accredited course/degree or currently studying a relevant degree.

Roles & Responsibilities of a Valuer:

• Conduct property valuations for a variety of property types, including residential, commercial, and industrial.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports in compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Keep up to date with market trends and changes in property laws and regulations
• Provide expert advice on property values, trends, and investment opportunities
