Your new role
As a Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the Cyber and Infrastructure Security Group (CISG) Program Management Office. You will lead the RCISONS Project, focusing on enhancing governance, managing scope, schedule, and budget, and improving delivery confidence. Your responsibilities will include preparing and managing project governance documents, budgets, and schedules, identifying and managing risks, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. You will also support business SMEs, vendor management, and provide general support to the CISG PMO.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in project management within a government or large organisation.
- Strong understanding of project governance, budget management, and risk management.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work full-time on-site for the initial three months and at least three days per week thereafter.
- Capability to obtain Baseline security clearance.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver high-quality project documentation.
