About the Role
We are seeking a Community Care Scheduler & Administration Assistant to support our Community Care team. This role involves scheduling home care services, coordinating employees, assisting with administration tasks, and ensuring quality care is delivered to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily scheduling and rostering for home care services.
- Process timesheets and support payroll functions.
- Coordinate client services including transport and appointments.
- Respond promptly and compassionately to client inquiries.
- Support, direct and mentor home care employees.
- Process invoices, reporting, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain compliance with aged care accreditation standards.
What You’ll Need
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years of administration experience
- Strong administrative, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work efficiently with Outlook and particularly Excel
- A satisfactory police check
- Interest in career development to a Home Care Coordinator.
Desirable:
- Qualifications in Social/Health Sciences
- Experience in case management and community aged care services
- Interest in technological advances in care and service provision
