About the role

Join the team at Outrite Hire and Sales as a full-time Field Plant Mechanic specialising in Elevated Work Platforms (EWPs). This is an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. Based in Eastern Creek, NSW, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our fleet of EWPs across various job sites.

What you'll be doing

• Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on EWP equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults
• Liaise with customers to ensure equipment is operating effectively
• Maintain detailed records of all work completed
• Assist with the delivery and collection of equipment as needed
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations

What we're looking for

• Qualified automotive or heavy vehicle mechanic with experience in EWP maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Current forklift and driver's licence
• Working at Heights certification
