Working for a head contractor overseeing Refurb, small works, Fit Outs and property portfolio Capex projects.

YOU:

Happy and capable to undertake a full end-to-end role, from estimating to handover.

Bring the ability to manage your own workload as you’ll be spending most of your time going between projects and little time in the office.

Experience in Childcare and/or Aged care environments will be well regarded (including either having a WWC check or the ability to obtain one).

Competent estimating skills and proven trades/subcontractor management.

Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

A trade qualification would be an advantage, simply for the purpose of understanding the work and ensuring quality.

Most projects are in the $5 - $100k range in value, with the odd project higher than this to $1 Million.
