About the Position

This permanent, full-time role leads the Secondary Learning Support Team, overseeing three Learning Support Assistants and collaborating closely with the Head of Learning Support (Primary). The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping inclusive learning strategies and supporting students with diverse learning needs.

The school is seeking an experienced educator who has previously held a similar leadership position and can transition smoothly into the role. However, they are also open to experienced Learning Support specialists who are looking to step up into leadership, particularly those with prior leadership experience in a different capacity.

Skills and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Secondary Learning Support Team, ensuring effective support for students with diverse needs.
• Develop and implement inclusive learning strategies aligned with curriculum requirements.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create individualised learning plans.
