This position is with a commercial construction company assisting them on a defence project based near Katherine, NT. You will oversee and coordinate daily operations on the site and be responsible for managing a team of construction workers, ensuring project tasks are completed on time and to high-quality standards.

• Package upto to $200k: $140k + super + uplift(15%) + lafa($16k)
• Accommodation provided (individual or family) + work vehicle
• Relocation support available if needed (NOT FIFO)
• Ongoing work – secure permanent role
• Internal fit out stage of current project.

About you:

• Experience in a similar role in the commercial construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Experienced in managing sub contractors. (ideally you'll have a trade background)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Australian Citizen (to achieve defence clearance)
