With long-term tier one contracts, we are actively searching for experienced Supervisors to join our team. We have multiple positions available across the entire business.

About the Role

Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for:

• Driving a safety-first culture, accountable for the safety behaviour and performance of your crew.
• Ensure adherence in Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Schedule management to ensure our production KPIs are met.
• Providing leadership to your team through decision making and problem solving.
• Review and signing timesheets of direct reports.
• Managing and reviewing the quality of workplace hazard inspections, providing feedback and direction where necessary.
• Provide coaching of direct reports when necessary.

About You

To be successful you will possess the following:

• Strong leadership and great communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience with construction projects on underground mine-sites.
• Demonstrated experience in traditional formwork, as well as formwork systems such as RMD & PERI.
• Qualifications in leadership, management or trade equivalent are desirable but not essential.
• Basic computer skills are essential, as you will be required to review and complete daily construction reports.
• First Aid Certificate
• Valid Drivers licence (minimum Class C)
