We are a vibrant and upscale Italian restaurant located in the heart of South Yarra, seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager and a Head Waiter to help lead our passionate team and deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

What We’re Looking For in an Assistant Restaurant Manager;

• Experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in a managerial or supervisory role within a semi-fine dining setting
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to support a dynamic front-of-house team
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine pairings is highly desirable
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle the fast-paced nature of the industry
• Customer service excellence, with a focus on creating memorable experiences
• Ability to manage and train staff, ensuring smooth operations and high standards
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

What We’re Looking For in a Head Waiter;

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide staff
• Proven experience as a waiter in a semi-fine dining or fine dining environment
• In-depth knowledge of Italian cuisine, wines, and cocktails to offer guests expert recommendations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences
• A high level of professionalism, with a keen eye for detail and an understanding of restaurant operations
• Ability to manage busy shifts, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
