Salary: Up to $100,000 per year + On-site Accommodation Package

What We’re Looking For

• An experienced caretaker, couple, or resort manager who understands the balance of hospitality, property management, and hands-on maintenance.
• A great communicator and problem solver who can work well with guests, tenants, contractors, and the Body Corporate.
• A proactive, hands-on approach—someone who takes ownership and ensures the property is well-maintained and running smoothly.
• A true team player—you’ll be joining a team that supports each other, and we expect the same in return.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the broader team.
• Comfortable with light administrative tasks and using property management systems.

Bonus Points:

• Familiarity with REI Cloud software (or willingness to learn).
• Experience in building management, strata, or resort operations.
