What You’ll Do:

• Prepare bids and tenders for diverse infrastructure projects.
• Monitor pricing trends, techniques, and cost developments.
• Develop first-principle estimates, covering direct and indirect costs.
• Lead tenders and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
• Contribute to process improvements and team development.

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
• 3+ years’ experience in civil estimating, with both project and estimating exposure.
• Strong first-principle estimating skills.
• Experience in cost planning and tendering for projects valued over $15M.
• Ability to develop and review subcontractor work packages.
• Proficiency with Estimation software.
