Due to their ongoing success, we’re searching for a highly motivated Conveyancing Assistant to join their dynamic team. This is a critical front-line position consisting of reception duties and providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, a team player that has a passion to deliver a high-quality service and thrives on exceling in their career.
The role:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders, providing a warm and professional experience.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses or redirection.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with preparation as needed.
- Assist with client onboarding processes, including initial inquiries and collecting required documentation.
- Daily mail - incoming and outgoing
- Assist the team with data entry, loading of contracts, various title searches, research and sourcing of client information
- General office administration including assisting with document preparation
- Maintain the office presentation and office/stationery supplies
What we’re looking for:
- Experience within a similar role
- An eye for detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks to ensure deadlines are met
- Integrity and sound judgement
- Ability to research and problem solve
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft suite)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong willingness to provide high quality customer service and positive results for clients
- Ability to work on your own initiative and make decisions
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Responsible for self-development and desire to learn
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
