About the role

As the Sales Support Team Leader, you will oversee the operations and people management of a dedicated Sales Support team. You will drive team performance, ensure compliance, and support Property Consultants in delivering exceptional service. Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a key role in team development and process improvements.

Duties

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Sales Support team
• Oversee onboarding, training, and workflow management
• Ensure compliance and risk mitigation within sales processes
• Conduct performance reviews and manage team allocations
• Drive operational improvements and test new systems
• Provide additional marketing and sales support to agents as needed

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in real estate sales support or administration
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage compliance, risk, and process improvements
• Experience with CRM systems and workflow management tools
