About the Role
As a Financial Planner, you will work closely with clients to provide high-quality financial advice, ensuring their goals and financial security are met. You will be supported by a team of experienced paraplanners and administrators, allowing you to focus on delivering strategic, client-focused advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide holistic financial advice across investments, superannuation, retirement planning, risk insurance, and estate planning.
- Conduct client meetings, develop financial strategies, and implement tailored plans.
- Work alongside paraplanners and admin staff to ensure seamless client service.
- Build and foster strong client relationships through high-quality service.
Minimum Requirements to be a Financial Planner
- Approved Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Financial Planning, Commerce, or equivalent).
- Completion of FASEA Exam.
- Completion of Professional Year (PY) (if required).
- Can be an experienced Financial Planner or an aspiring adviser with experience as a Paraplanner or Administrator.
- Relevant Financial Planning Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Strong technical knowledge in wealth creation, superannuation, investments, and insurance.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Xplan experience is desirable but not essential.
