Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Planning, Commerce, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Financial Planner.
• Proven ability to engage with clients and provide financial advice.
• Strong understanding of superannuation, investments, and personal insurance.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, personalised financial advice to clients.
• Manage an existing client base while also facilitating new client onboarding.
• Develop tailored strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Work closely with senior financial planners and other team members to continuously improve advice quality.
• Contribute to the company's strategy by bringing fresh ideas and insights.
