Dimitries Jewellers is looking for a new leader for our team.

Established in 1967, Dimitries has been a part of many great love stories in the Canberra and Queanbeyan region for decades. For decades our customer base has trusted us to help them choose or design pieces of jewellery to celebrate their most cherished moments and bring delight to loved ones. We are known for our unique, high-end pieces and custom design and our team includes nationally and internationally accredited diamond graders, gemmologists and designers.

We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our team in Queanbeyan, NSW.

About the Role:

As Store Manager, you will draw on your expertise in retail best-practices and be responsible for leading the team to new levels of success. You will inspire the team’s performance, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience for our loyal customer base. You will oversee store operations, stock management, team training, and visual merchandising to create a warm, welcoming and successful retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and train a team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
• Manage daily store operations, including stock control and visual merchandising
• Provide exceptional product knowledge and service to customers
• Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive business growth
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Foster a positive and high-performing team culture

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in jewellery or luxury goods
• Goal oriented, with a thirst for accomplishment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for customer engagement
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with stock management and best-practice store operations
