As a Store Manager at Pizza Hut, you will play a crucial role in leading the store’s day-to-day operations, managing sales performance, optimizing costs, and ensuring a top-tier customer experience. You will be responsible for overseeing staff, ensuring compliance with food safety and operational regulations, and driving financial success through strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, adherence to company policies, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Performance & Sales Growth: Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to develop strategies that drive profitability and business growth.
• Stock & Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, forecast demand, coordinate stock orders, and establish supplier relationships to reduce waste and optimize procurement costs.
• Team Leadership & Training: Hire, train, and supervise staff, fostering a high-performance work culture while ensuring exceptional customer service standards.
• Workforce & Roster Management: Develop and maintain staff rosters, ensuring appropriate coverage to meet business demands while controlling labor costs.
• Financial & Budget Management: Track store sales, manage expenses, oversee payroll, and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and cost efficiency.
• Customer Service & Complaint Handling: Ensure a seamless customer experience by handling inquiries, resolving complaints professionally, and implementing service improvement strategies.
• Compliance & Brand Standards: Maintain high product quality, ensure adherence to food safety regulations, Work Health & Safety (WHS) guidelines, and local council requirements.
• Marketing & Promotions: Execute Pizza Hut national and local marketing campaigns, promotions, and upselling techniques to boost sales and increase customer retention.
• Reporting & Business Analysis: Maintain store records, analyze financial and operational reports, and collaborate with regional management to optimize store success.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail or hospitality management, preferably in a fast-paced, quick-service restaurant environment.
• Proven experience in managing store operations, including stock control, staff supervision, and financial management.
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles, sales strategies, and operational efficiency in a retail or food service setting.
• Ability to interpret sales reports, manage budgets, and optimize store performance through data-driven decision-making.
• Previous experience in team leadership, rostering, and staff training to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and operational challenges.
