We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Casual Group Facilitators to join our team. This flexible role involves delivering engaging, practical programs that equip young people with the tools they need to succeed in life.

What You’ll Do:

• Facilitate engaging group sessions for secondary school-aged students.
• Deliver program content focused on life skills, workplace readiness, and wellbeing.
• Draw on your trade skills/knowledge to provide real-world insights and practical applications.
• Create a supportive and inspiring environment that encourages learning and growth.
• Small amount of 1:1 work as required
• Program administration - so using a computer and tech is a must!

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience or knowledge in a trade or hands-on technical field.
• Experience working with young people
• A passion for working with young people and supporting their personal development.
• Confidence in facilitating groups, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility in availability, as this casual role may involve varying schedules.
