An exciting opportunity exists to work for Inspiring Brighter Futures Foundation, a for purpose organisation delivering educational wellbeing mentoring programs in schools in Townsville. We are looking for a dynamic facilitator who has experience working with school students and adult mentors and can confidently deliver a program in accordance with a training manual and materials. Programs are delivered for 8 sessions over an 8 week period during school terms, involving approximately 4 hours of work per session (set up and preparation, delivery, post delivery support, administration, follow up etc).

Our program includes:

• Classroom management, client relations, team coordination, weekly meetings, communications, reporting and community engagement.
• The role would suit a candidate that has teaching experience or engagement program experience.

Your Background:

• Experience working with secondary students and adults
• Digital proficiency in the area of operating Powerpoint
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• An empathetic and compassionate approach to others.
