About the Role
We are looking for a driven Financial Analyst to join our client's finance team, reporting directly to the FP&A Manager. This is a hands-on role within a high-performing team, where you will be responsible for supporting the business's financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You will work closely with key stakeholders across marketing, pricing, and business intelligence, contributing to strategic decision-making and process improvement initiatives. This role offers the chance to work on impactful projects that drive financial performance and support continued business growth.

Duties/Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely financial analysis to support decision-making across the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, pricing, business intelligence) to optimize financial performance and strategies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, identifying key trends and performance drivers.
• Work on key financial projects and process improvements to streamline operations and enhance financial reporting efficiency.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial modeling and analysis for new product launches and strategic initiatives.

Skills and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within an FMCG or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide actionable insights into financial performance.
• Advanced Excel skills and intermediate proficiency in other Office applications.
• Strong communication skills to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
• A hands-on approach to financial analysis, process improvement, and project work
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• CA/CPA qualification or working towards certification is an advantage.
