Your Role:

• Operate specialised machinery to process food waste into valuable products
• Complete pre-start checks, safety inspections, and follow SOPs
• Support Bardee’s black soldier fly breeding program
• Perform QA/QC tasks, report hazards/incidents, and maintain compliance
• Contribute to process improvements and broader facility operations
• Keep the facility clean, organised, and running smoothly

About You:

• Reliable, hardworking, and ready to commit to a full-time role
• Experience in labouring, process work, or machinery operation is ideal but not essential – we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• Strong teamwork and communication skills – you can collaborate and follow instructions clearly
• High attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
