About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and detail driven individual to join us as a Manufacturing Process Operator at our photovoltaic module production line, conveniently located in Hawthorn East. As a Manufacturing Process Operator, you will play a vital role in the assembly, testing, and quality assurance of our revolutionary solar module technology.

RayGen's offices and manufacturing facilities are located just off the Toorak Rd exit of the Monash Freeway and within walking distance of train stations (Kooyong and Tooronga) and bus routes (624). We also have free all-day parking available. Working hours are 8:00am - 4:00pm with rotating shifts available in the new year.

One on One training will be provided and each work station on our production line has operating procedures to aid you feeling confident in your new role building our technology.

Responsibilities:

• Harness your skills in performing precise sub-assembly tasks; including intricate microscope work ensuring precision and attention to detail. Our work stations are a combination of automated and hands-on tasks.
• Become the quality assurance guardian by meticulously inspecting the assembly process to maintain our high quality standards.
• Operate our advanced testing stations, an integral part of the production process ensuring the reliability of our cutting edge modules.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to RayGen's knowledge database, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate closely with team members to create and maintain essential documentation; ensuring compliance and traceability throughout the testing process.
