The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring smooth customer interactions, managing inquires and handling front-desk operations. The role is the first point of contact for clients, providing a welcoming and efficient experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
• Greet and assist customers with vehicle drop-offs and pickups.
• Process customer payments and validate customer information.
• Handle face to face interactions with new and existing customers.
• Filter and prioritise emails related to customer inquiries.
• Relay necessary information to the workshop team in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional and organized front desk environment.
• Assist with basic administrative duties as required.
• Monitor and direct online bookings.

Knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage.

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. 40 hours per week.
