About the role

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Control Room Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Agripower in Charters Towers, QLD. As a full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production facility, ensuring the efficient and streamlined manufacturing of our innovative agricultural products.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee Control Room Scada operations
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team to maintain optimal workflow and productivity
• Monitor production processes and equipment performance to identify and resolve any issues efficiently
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure our products meet the highest standards
• Analyse production data and provide detailed reports to management on key performance indicators
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, supporting and developing team members
• Collaborate with other departments to align production with overall business objectives
• Ensure all operations adhere to relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

• Significant experience as a Control Room Supervisor or Team Leader in a manufacturing or logistics environment
• Strong technical understanding of production processes and equipment
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with quality control systems and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to analyse and interpret production data
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in a technical discipline would be highly regarded
