This rewarding position offers the opportunity to manage a well kept Commercial Portfolio, you will be responsible for:

• Proactively developing relationships with both tenants and owners
• Financial management, reporting and invoicing
• Conducting rent reviews
• Attending to maintenance issues and liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
• Any other general administrative tasks required.

This role will suit an experienced Residential Property Manager or someone currently working in an Assistant level role within a Commercial team, ready to take the next step and manage their own Portfolio.

The portfolio is predominately commercial office and industrial, with great clients, making it a seamless and manageable transition into Commercial Property Management.

To be considered you will have already attained your WA Property Management Registration or be undertaking the process. You will have strong interpersonal skills and a driven, motivated attitude to achieve success. Customer service and communication is key, so a high level of delivery and quick response time is expected.

You must have a valid drivers licence and reliable car.
