Opportunity
We have an exciting position available for a highly experienced Sales Executive to join our expanding team. (Lift Sales experience is highly desired)
This job is best suited to a person who is from the Lift Sales environment or has sales experience in the residential building industry who are proficient in volume quoting off technical plans (e.g. Windows, Doors, Wardrobes, Shower screens, Staircases, Kitchens etc.) that is looking for a new challenge.
Duties
- Working from our Rosebery showroom on new sales of our exciting & innovative vertical lifts
- Following up on designated sales leads and providing quotes and solutions to customer needs in a timely manner
- Creating and updating leads and quotes in our Customer Relationship Management System (Simpro)
- Building and managing strong relationships both internally and externally with new and existing customers
- Prior experience working with architects, builders, or homeowners is a plus.
- Identifying new sales opportunities and developing new prospect leads
- Prompt administration of sales paperwork
- Attendance of exhibitions and other promotional events to assist in selling our products and increasing our brand awareness
- Developing and leveraging the company’s branding and professional profile
Skills and experience
- 3+ years of sales experience (construction, home improvement or luxury goods industry)
- 3+ years’ experience of CRM software use
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise
- Ability to understand and present technical product details to customers
- Proven negotiation and cost management skills
- Resilience and a capacity to work autonomously
- A star communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal & external stakeholders
- Self-motivated and ready to bring your knowledge and experience into a fast-growing industry
