Westbuild Products is a well established Australian owned company based in Wangara. We are a leader in Western Australia for the manufacturing and distribution of packaged cement based building products. With modern production facilities and a diverse range of packaged building products suited to the hardware, plumbing, tiling and general building sectors. We are offering the opportunity for an experienced and motivated Customer Service / Logistics Support Officer to become an integral and valued part of our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers so excellent customer service is a must, along with the ability to liaise with all departments to ensure orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner. This is a full time position, Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm although part time may be considered for the right candidate.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Answering incoming calls & emails promptly and professionally.
• Daily input of customer orders into Order Management System.
• Assisting with customer queries where possible.
• Liaising with transport in relation to delivery schedules.
• Creating freight bookings with transport companies.
• Invoicing orders.
• Scanning and filing of daily delivery dockets etc.
• Additional administration duties as and when required.

Essential Criteria:

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Experience with MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
• High level of commitment and honesty.
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

In addition, experience within the manufacturing industry would be highly advantageous although ongoing training will be provided for the right applicant.
