Titan Vehicle Brokers is revolutionising the way Australians buy and sell prestige / luxury vehicles. With rapid growth and expansion, we’re now looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team

Reporting directly to our Sales Support Manager, this role is a perfect blend of administrative support, phone-based sales, and face-to-face customer service. You will be the point of contact for many of our clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide basic sales assistance and follow-up with potential leads
• Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, document processing, and appointment scheduling
• Support the brokerage team with client communications and appointment coordination
• Engage with customers face-to-face in our Bundall office, ensuring a premium service experience
• Collection and Drop Off of Client Vehicles as and when required.

You'll need to be:

✔ Well-presented & professional with excellent communication skills
✔ Confident on the phone and comfortable making outbound calls
✔ A natural people person with strong customer service skills
✔ Detail-oriented & organised with the ability to multitask
✔ Willing to learn & grow within a fast-paced, supportive environment
✔ Prior experience in customer service, sales, or admin is advantageous but not essential
✔ Full Queensland Drivers License with a clean record.
