We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for a temporary role of up to six months with a multinational manufacturing organisation based in Mulgrave. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Full Australian work rights are required.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a customer-focused and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing administrative support to the internal sales team. No two days are the same, offering variety and the opportunity to expand your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
• Processing and updating orders in SAP
• Conducting outbound follow-up calls to ensure order accuracy
• Refreshing expired contracts and maintaining customer records
• Assisting with marketing follow-ups and lead generation for the sales team
• Resolving customer issues related to credits and returns
• Providing administrative support to the internal sales team

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with SAP (desirable but not essential)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a manufacturing customer service or sales support role is highly regarded
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive and adaptable approach to work
