The Opportunity

HarperLloyd Recruitment is a legal specialist recruitment firm working with private practice firms, and we are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our client, a well-regarded national firm based in Brisbane. This is a permanent, full-time role within the Real Estate & Construction practice group, offering exposure to high-volume development project matters.

The Role

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be responsible for end-to-end file management for large-scale property developments, working closely with a highly experienced Partner, lawyers, and fellow paralegals.

Your key duties will include:

• Processing new instructions and direct client liaison
• Perusing contracts and preparing legal correspondence/documentation
• Conducting online searches and managing settlements (both paper and PEXA)
• Handling financial and administrative tasks

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• At least 12 months experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under deadlines
• A proactive approach to progressing matters through to completion
• A team-first attitude and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
