Based in the Brisbane CBD, this well-established Law Firm is expanding and looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to their growing team.
If you are passionate about client service and enjoy managing your own files within a team environment then this is the right role for you. With 2 years+ experience working in conveyancing, you must be highly organised and easily able to multitask and adapt to the changing work requirements of conveyancing.
Key Responsibilities:
The Conveyancing Paralegal is responsible for managing Conveyancing processes for a variety of residential conveyancing files, additionally working on commercial files from time to time. From assisting with new client enquiries, communicating effectively with all parties, ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner and arranging settlements, this role includes all aspects of conveyancing from A-Z. This role will be an autonomous position working with the support of senior Lawyers.
About You
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- have a minimum of 2 years experience working in conveyancing with hands on exposure to all aspects of conveyancing matters
- have a demonstrated ability to communicate proactively, clearly and confidently to a large range of individuals
- have a high level of attention to detail
- possess flexibility and adaptability to manage changing work requirements and varying volumes of work
- have the ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
- are highly organised, proactive and can meet deadlines
- are KPI driven with a high level of motivation to exceed targets
- have PEXA experience coupled with a strong systems focus, including a high level of competency with legal software
- are ideally a Commissioner of Declarations or Justice of the Peace (qualified)
- are comfortable with networking and building relationships with key referrers if required (desirable but not essential)

This is a full time role, working 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday with free onsite parking available. 30% of fees generated will be paid for any work you directly introduce.
