We are an NDIS service provider, providing services to clients to support them in reaching their goals and building their capacity. Correlate Connections staff has been in the disability industry for over ten years and decided to enter the NDIS world to ensure that all people with a disability have their needs met, goals reached and a quality service to all persons. Several Allied Health professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and support workers, are working with us, so you will have access to a variety of professionals.

The Role…
Our ideal candidate will be a hard-working individual. You will have the ability to prioritise and multi-task, while always making sure to put the client first. We are looking for someone who can work both autonomously and as part of a team and is willing to take initiative and attention to details.
Your day-to-day activities will initially include:
- First Point of Contact: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff or departments.
- Information and Support: Provide information about the NDIS program, services, and processes to participants, families, and carers.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage appointments, schedule meetings, and handle general office tasks.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of participant information and correspondence.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with participants, families, and carers, ensuring clear and professional interactions.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of participant information.
- Problem Solving: Address queries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Knowledge of NDIS: Possess a good understanding of the NDIS program, its principles, and relevant policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software.
- Knowledge of the NDIS program and related policies and procedures.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with people with disabilities and their families.
