About the role

Five Star Builders is seeking an experienced Sales Representative/Consultant to join our dynamic team in Parramatta, NSW. As a full-time Sales Representative/Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and generate sales leads through various channels
• Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions
• Managing and updated utilising softwares such as Pipe-drive, Can-i-build and Pandadoc
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
• Conduct onsite inspections to understand client needs and site conditions
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business
• Collaborate with the wider team to share best practices and support the achievement of sales targets
• Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team to help improve our sales strategies

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales or consultative role within the construction industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to provide tailored solutions to client needs
• Driven and results-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to building long-term client relationships
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in sales, marketing or a related field is preferred
